Whether a pvt ltd company can invest in mutual funds & other funds? If yes, whether any requirements for the same?
Here in my query in object clause it is not mentioned to invest in MF's.

21 September 2017 Yes, a Pvt company can invest in MF. You need to alter the object clause.

but its a normal investment and financial assets after investments are less than 50% of total assets and income from financial assets including this also less than 50% of total income of company. Whether board resolution is not sufficient because its not a primary object of company. It is just utilization of available funds.
