I hv clear my ipcc 1 grp in may 2011 nd register for articleship in august 2011 bt not able to clear 2 grp of ipcc till date. So if i clear 2 grp of ipcc in feb 2014 then can i eligible to give ca final exams in may 2014....

Yes, you can appear in May,2014 if you clear in this term...
After results in Feb you have to register for CA final as soon as possible and have to fill CA final Exam form...

yes possible to appear in ca final may 2014 and you need to register for ca final immediately as and when result declares..

Hi
I want to clarify that there is no time gap is specified for final registration. You should have a valid final registration number at the time of filing of Final examination form with Institute.
As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
After passing of IPCC you can eligible for final as per above regulation.
