09 August 2014 i registered for articles on 22-2-2012(with in the due date) .Due to severe ill health i took leaves for 84 days and took termination on 24-5-2012
and i received a letter from icai that i have taken 84days leaves and mentioned that i have to complete balance 2years 9months of articles..after my health condition was stablized I re-registered for articles on 27-8-2012 in another firm and my principle said that he will cover 84days leaves but he can't cover the gap araised from 24-5-2012 to 26-8-2012 ..so from 27-8-2012 i calculated 2years 9months and mention in 103 form that my articles r gng to complete on 27-5-2015..is my calculation crct?.so now my query is when is my final attempt?.and when my articles r going to complete crctly and am I eligible to appear ca-final exams in nov 2014?....so pls kindly give me the clarity regarding my final attempt..

09 August 2014 to be eligible for November 2014, you should be completing articleship on or before 30 April 2015. Given that it cannot happen, you shall not be eligible for November 14.

09 August 2014 sir now am in big dilemma...whether i have to work another 84 days which i had taken leaves in past ...r else is it covered up in eligible leaves?

09 August 2014 see you wont get any extension if you dont take more than 72 leaves on paper during the remaining period of articleship. So if your Form 108 gives leaves as not more than 72 days, you wont have to serve any additional articleship after 27 May 2015

12 November 2014 gud evening sir.......i have a doubt regarding 108 form.....in 3rd page of 108 form regading catagory of work experience is it manadatory to be filled or it can be skiped ?....actually it was asked in 4th page which was mandatory but it was relating to diff stream(eg accounting, tax),,,,,,so i was thinking to skip 3rd page and planing to write in 4th page ....whether i can write r not .?...who shall send 108 form ?...i mean whether in my postal address r my principle postal address?.....

12 November 2014 you need to fill in page 4...page three is not applicable for articleships after 1 Jan 2003
