Can we take input credit of service tax paid in respect of Group Health insurance of employees.

As per my opinion, As it's not related to production/ manufacturing - No credit is eligible.

Dear Madam
Unless you can relate this to your Output FG or Output Service you can not claim the same as input credit. (Ref: Rule 3 (1) of CENVAT Credit Rules 2004)
