sir I have registered for direct entry scheme for graduates if my article training get complete in month of October 2014 shall I be able to give ipcc exam in month of November 2014 ????

Yes, you will be eligible for appearing in Nov, 2014 if you complete your 9 months of article ship with 8 months of study.
