Articleship - Aug 2016
Employer 1 :- 4-8-16 to 22-3-18
Days served 595 (including 97 days as leaves)

Employer 2 :- 2-4-2018 till now

Q. Do I am eligible for May 19 final exam?
Q. In calculating o2.5 years.. leaves are to be included or excluded ?

05 April 2018 1.No you are not eligible for May 2019. 1. Leaves are included in calculating 2.5 years.

05 April 2018 But my articleship is going to end on 15-8-2019
So I can give may 2019 exam
In last 6 months of articleship
As there is no excess leaves in case of employer 1
Leaves allowed: - 595/6=99
Leaves taken :- 97
Excess leaves :- nil

And in calculating 2.5 years if leaves are included then from start of articleship and till 30-4-2019 ...the period is more than 2.5 years of completion ..
Plz help me out...
