if you have valid ca final registration at the time of filling of exam form you are eligible for exam
.
.
But just think yourself whether it is possible to do so
.
I mean can u complete your coaching or can u prepare enough are u ready to write exams in this nov2014 is the more important
.
.
writing exams with out proper preparation is not recomended,if you can ready by that time you are welcome
