Article transfer form no 109 , hence excess leave mention in this form shall not be included to consider eligibility becz form no 108's leave consider for determining eligibility. is my argument correct

dear Yug,
leaves till the date of transfer will be covered by Form 109. leaves from the date of transfer to date of completion shall be covered in Form 108. To compute eligibility to appear CA finals the combined leaves shall be considered.
