I passed both groups of ipcc in nov 2013 attempt.To be eligible for nov 2016 attempt when is the last date to register for articles?

you should have the registration done on or before 1 May 2014.

You must complete ur 2 and half years of articleship before nov 2016 exams. So I think ur last date will be in April 2014.
But I must advice u complete u to fill the articleship form as early as possible.
