14 December 2009 a private limited company has a subsidiary company.the MD and other directors of holding and subsidiary companies are same. the subsidiary company is ready to cpmmence production at its new unit.
is there is any requirement to call EGM by board? is disclosure of directors interest is applicable? if yes please explain the procedure.
