Hello,
Is MGT 14 required to be filed for appointment of auditor in EGM. Also is ADT 2 required to be filed in case the existing auditor resigns.
Kindly advise.

Hi,
MGT.14 is not required to be filed in case auditor appointed in EGM.
ADT.2 required in case you remove the existing auditor.
If existing auditor resign and company appoint new auditor in EGM then ADT.2 not required.
