Eform u/s 139(1) fourth proviso - auditor appointment

10 October 2014 Dear Sir(s),

As per Sec. 139(1) fourth proviso, read with rule 4(2) of Companies (Audit & Auditors) Rules 2014, a company is required to inform the ROC regarding Auditor appointment within 15 days from the meeting in which he is appointed.

Relevent form is ADT-1. However, eForm ADT-1 is not yet available. Kindly advise how to go about it ?

10 October 2014 file with ROC form ADT-1(to be attached in form GNL-2 as per MCA circular 09/2014 dated 25th April, 2014) within 15 days.

ADT.1 is available in document format. You have to attach ADT.1 in e-form GNL.2 and file with ROC.

ADT.1 is to be signed by Director manually.

Along with ADT.1 also attach auditor appointment letter with GNL.2
