My Query is: For how many maximum time an eForm can be resubmitted at the Online MCA portal? I have already resubmitted the eForm for One time.

Rajesh there are no limit because you can resubmit e.form when resubmission required By ROC means MCA portal....unless resubmission of e form required you can not re submit form as suo moto..means as per your own motions.

There is specific guidelines for some E-forms like 23AC/ACA, this e-form is not eligible for resubmission, always read the specific guidelines, else the instructions of ROC FOR RESUBMISSION.
