Dear Sir,
I want to ask why we have to file form23 and in what period we have to file this form(form23-roc) from the date of resolution.

Form 23 is to be filed in respect of the matters specified under section 192 of the Companies Act, 1956 and is to be filed within 30 days from the date of passing of resolution.
