17 August 2014 Dear All, For resetting the password easily ,income tax department has introduced new option OTP. But this option is coming for some clients and not coming for some clients. Can any body tell me what is the reason for this ?

17 August 2014 The reason is not known. So far i have seen this OTP in all my cases but some are complaining that this is not available, I think you should call customer help desk and ask their executives. Call at
