efiling of form 61 with mca21

dear all
I got the following error msg while uploading form 61 with mca website pls some one help what to do
Error:1 Signature validation failed for Signature field for Authorized Representative/ Director/ Manager/ Managing Director/ Others/ Secretary. The person is not authorised to sign on this field.
Error: 2 SRN of Form23 entered is not valid or not associated with the company.

do one thing, get the DSC registered with ROC once again i.e. need to do roll check first then attach dsc to respective form, it will be uploaded.
check the SRN no. or registered resolution
