Efiling of audit report

While Efiling of audit report we have to submit scanned copy of balance sheet and p& l a/c along with the xml file of 3cb & 3cd.
My query here is that do we need to send the scanned copy of balance sheet & p&a/c with signature of Client & CA or just as it is.

Scanned copy should contain the signature's of auditor and auditee.
