Tax audit report upload by ca log in on 14/9 . not approve by client.Itr upload ,tax audit date mentioned in itr 14/9/13...then my return is valid or not...client not approvve the tax audit return till dae

the audit report shall become valid only if the auditee accepts/ approve your report. Don't worry about the date of the report. it is fine.
