01 August 2012 i have efiled my income tax return of ay 2011-12 in mar 2012 and sent the itrv ack to income tax department bengaluru-560100 karnataka within 120 days in april 2012 i have check recently the itr v reciept status its showning they have still not recvd send it immedeatly i have not recvd any intimation of non receipt of itr v ack its is alomost 4 months my refund is also pending i have track my speed post it shows deliverd to income tax office bengaluru whom to contact as i have tried many times to talk with call cnetre but the phone is always busy i have email them but no response recived what to do about it please explain in detail
