Effects of changes in tax audit reports for a.y 2014-15

as notified the new tax audit report is applicable for a.y 2014-15. what are the implications if the reports for individuals are alreadry finalized and signed ..do dey need to be revised? what if there is no impact of changes to the finalized report?

we cannot upload Tax audit report in old format,so what ever reports finalized in old format but not uploaded in e-filing portal those are required to be revised and have to upload in new format only
