From which date TDS provision applicable to Co. Op. Banks. Finance Act, 2015 had withheld exemption from TDS provision.

From 01st June 2015.

Dear sir, thanks for information but, can you please provide me practical approach to be obtained by Co. Op. Banks till June, 2015 for TDS provision means to deduct TDS from April, 2014? And also how many certainly for passing the said provision in parliament.
