our finance minister while presenting the union budget. He hiked the service tax rate from 12.36% to 14%. Which date the hiked rate come into effect

the date is not yet notified by department so advisable to follow current rate of 12.36% only
30 March 2015
till date rate is not notified after notification new service tax rate will applicable.
