effect on income tax amendments on may 2010 exam

13 December 2009 i am taking may2010 attempt for my ipcc exam... will effect on direct tax code bill declared this year will b ther for my tax syllabus or not... if yes, from where i can get amendments .....

13 December 2009 No. Not at all. Direct Tax code will be applicable from April 2011, that too if it is given consent by the parliament houses. So its not applicable for May 2010 attempt, even for November 2010 and May 2011 attempts also.

20 December 2009 sir what about the amendments made in this budget..... like abolishing fringe benefit tax... where can i get amendments about income tax, service tax, and company law amendments for my may 2010 ipcc exam.....
