19 May 2017 I HV a e-commerce website inventory model I am not a e-commerce portal and I am the only vendor and customers order thru my website and I sell them personally thru small courier companies . so this am I not considered a operator so threshold limit would apply to me as same as to an offline business...and I would be paying gst as a normal gst taxpayer by filing gst 1 2 3 forms

23 May 2017 If the website is own or managed by you and other supplier are selling goods through your website then you will be termed as E commerce operator.
