09 August 2010 i have a two pvt ltd companies which i want to close that but in the company balance sheet some unsecured loan and current liablities is there, can i go for east exit scheme

09 August 2010 If letter of waiver can be obtained from the lender and sundry creditor's, company can choose EES,2010.

09 August 2010 Sir one another query reagarding 154 for AY 2009-10.

i had filed I Tax return through e-filing for the AY 2009-10. i have received intimation from bangalore in the intimation department not give me advance tax credit for the same assessment year.

Questiong. i want to file rectification u/s 154, where i can file rectification area jurisdiction, Delhi or Bangalore
