i have a two pvt ltd companies which i want to close that but in the company balance sheet some unsecured loan and current liablities is there, can i go for east exit scheme

If letter of waiver can be obtained from the lender and sundry creditor's, company can choose EES,2010.

Sir one another query reagarding 154 for AY 2009-10.
i had filed I Tax return through e-filing for the AY 2009-10. i have received intimation from bangalore in the intimation department not give me advance tax credit for the same assessment year.
Questiong. i want to file rectification u/s 154, where i can file rectification area jurisdiction, Delhi or Bangalore
