14 July 2010 Can I go for liquidation in Easy exit scheme,2010 for a company which incorporate after 01-01-2008 and does not commence any business till now.

14 July 2010 Clause 2(ii)(c) of general circular No.2/2010 dated 26/5/2010 says a defunct company as a company registered under the companies act,1956 which is not carrying over any business activity or operation on or after the 1st April 2008 As such, Prima facie, the company referred can opt for EES 2010 SCHEME.

15 July 2010 Sorry for the mistake. The incorporation date of Company is 15-05-2008. i.e. after 01-04-2008

15 July 2010 In that case, NO.

The company would not be eligible under EES.
