one of my friend earn salary income in Kenya for 5 months
gross Earn 150000/- PM
TAX charges 50000/- PM
now he back to India
is this income tax able in India Also???
previous 5 month earned salary income in india around 2,00,000/- PA
what will be section for filing his income Tax return

yes it will be taxable in India. it will be taxable as salary only. File ITR-2 and offer income earned outside India as Income from foreign sources in FSI sheet. also fill TR_FA sheet
