17 January 2014 Suppose A is a dealer of Orissa.
B is a dealer of West bengal
C is a Manufacture of Mumbai
If B get an order from A & purchase material @100/- INR from C & intent to get a profit of 10% while selling to A,also B want Selling to be covered in E1 sales.
My question is:
1.Can it covered in E1 sales
2.What is final price of material at End user,in this case at A end.

17 January 2014 Mr Abhinash,
There is no bar on B charge any suitable price to A. C sends his invoice along with the goods giving advice to the transporter to deliver to A,or B can advice the transporter to deliver it to A by taking C's invoice and inserting his own invoice.Any prevailing or agreed prices can be charged by B to A.....mjk
