I HAVE A QUERY THAT IS E-WAY BILL IS REQUIRED FOR INTRASTATE MOVEMENT OF GOODS MORE THAN RS. 50000 EVEN IF BUYER & SELLER ARE SITUATED BETWEEN 10 KMS??

28 April 2018 Yes it is required, as there is no exemption on the basis of Distance for E way Bill in the case of seller and buyer.

17 May 2018 The exemption of filling Part B of the eway bill is available only when materials is moved to transporters place from the consignor's Unit situated within 50 Kms.
