A Chartered Accountant having 9 years experience in the various areas, Direct Taxation (Assessment, Planning, Foreign taxation, etc), Indirect Taxation ( Assessment and Planning for DVAT, GST and Service Tax), FEMA (NRIs, ODI, FDI etc.), Valuation (Land, Shares and Underlying assests of ARCs), Corporate Law (Company Law Matters, LLP matters, Disqualification of Directors etc.), Audits (Statutory, Tax, Bribery, Internal, Interim etc) and all other areas as per the requirement of time and situation.
Apart from my professional work I am passionate about reading, writing, learning from others, sharing knowledge with others, believe in relationships and love to spend time with family and friends.
