E way bill related

18 May 2018 I am transporting Grit (Gitti) using 10 transport vehicles (Total value is Rs. 1,00,000) and therefore value in each transport vehicle is Rs. 10,000.
In such a scenario, am I required to generate Eway bill?

19 May 2018 Since you are transporting the material in 10 different trucks, you will prepare 10 different invoices. Since the value of each invoice is less than Rs. 50,000 e-way bill is not required.

22 May 2018 Thanks for replying sir. But as the number of vehicles are more than 100 at times for a single bill, it is not practically possible to prepare these many number of invoices instead of 1. So I am preparing a single invoice for one order. And also the buyer demands one invoice per order.
