Quick Summary

This discussion clarifies whether a physical printout of an E-way bill is required when transporting goods. Experts advise that it is not mandatory. 21 November 2023 No, an e-Way Bill print is not mandatory for the invoice. The e-Way bill number printed on the invoice is enough, as one can check the details online using the e-Way bill number printed on the invoice. It streamlines the process and reduces the number of papers to be carried while transporting the goods.
