E-way bill on renting of furniture

16 May 2019 Dear Experts

I am Transfering Furniture to One Party on Rent. Total Furniture Value is 2 Lac Rupees. I need to know should I prepare E-way bill for same? And if Yes then What Amount to be show Furniture Book Value or Rent Amount.
& @ what rate GST to be show.

Please guide.

You need to generate e way bill
Amount to be shown in e way bill will be furniture book value and not rent amount

GST will not be on furniture value
It will be on rent only

For sending furniture on rent , delivery challan with e way bill is good enough

Rent is supply of services.
Rent invoice not required for e way bill
