Hello Everyone,
We made a sale bill on 20/07/23 from Delhi to Aurangabad Maharashtra of Goods worth 5 lakhs, Last date to Reach Goods in Aurangabad is 27/07/2023.
But The truck is still in Gurugram and take 2 to 3 days to reach Aurangabad.
My Question, Is there any option to move goods from Gurugram to Aurangabad.

One can extend the validity of the e-way bill, if the consignment is not being reached the destination within the validity period due to exceptional circumstance like natural calamity, law and order issues, trans-shipment delay, accident of conveyance, etc.

You can extend the validity of the e-way bill then vehicle moved from Gurgaon.

After expiry of E way Bill , Its not possible to extend Eway bill Validity.

After an e way bill expires, the transporter/ generator with his valid GSTIN id may extend the validity period of the e waybill, after updating the reason for the extension and the details in PART-B of FORM GST EWB-01. This is available on the site itself. Move your goods from one place to another without worry.
