E WAY BILL IN BILL TO SHIP TO

Mr A wholsaler of a cool drink registered in kerala procures goods from manufacturer from tamiladu. goods are directly delivered by manufacturer to retailer as per the instructions of wholesaler who isn't having a godown or storage.
there is only one transportation for two supplies
how the e way bill shall be complied in this case
what are points to be kept in billing each supply?
