If I raise a bill of Rs.1,00,000/- and the customer carry the same in his vehicles as per his convenience. Am I liable to generate e-way bill ?

if your e way bill site is blocked then also he cannot get your details for e way bill generation.

A person causing movement need to generate an e-way bill . Either you ( consignor )or your customer( consignee ) can generate an e-way bill.
In case your customer wants to transport the goods, he should enter his GSTN no. as transporter and fill his vehicle details in Part B of the e way bill
