24 April 2019 Dear Sir,

Our Company is in Maharashtra State, We have received the Order from Tamil Nadu base company to supply the material in maharashtra.

We have raised the invoice totalling amount to Rs.65000/- in the name of tamil nadu base company and supply the material to maharashtra base company.

In this case we have to raised the eway bill as the transaction is interstate and also the invoice value is more then Rs.50000/- or not need to raised the e way bill as our company is in maharashtra and material supply also in maharashtra. ( As the in maharashtra limit of Eway bill Rs.100000/-)

Please also confirm the if we have not the raised the e way bill, then what is the process to rectify the same.

24 April 2019 You need to raise e way bill .

CBIC has issued clarification through press release dated 23.04.2018 for requirement of e-way Bill for Bill To Ship To model for supplies of goods.

Only one e way need to be raised in case of Bill to Ship to Model . You will be billing to Tamil Nadu recipient and that details are required to be entered in e way bill .

27 April 2019 Madam, but if we not the raised the e way bill, considering that material is going to supply in maharashtra and our company is also in maharashtra, as in maharashtra e way bill limit Rs.100000/-

27 April 2019 In that case , you need to raise invoice for Maharashtra Company ( with Maharashtra GSTN )
