Whether E-Way Bill is required to be generate when transferring goods from factory to Cold Storage,where location of Cold storage from factory is around 65 km.??

Yes, E-way bill is necessary. However if both locations is situated in the same state, please refer the state notification in this regard as the distance to be covered within the state for eway bill is different to state to state.
