Dear Sir/Madam,
We prepare e-way bill for sending material to job worker. How to treat e-way bill when material directly sold to our customer from job worker premises. Whether we have to prepare e-way in the name of our customer from our registered premises or from job worker's premises? What is role of job worker after processing the material? whether job worker has to prepare e-way bill eventhough materials are not returned to us since we directly sold without bringing back to our premises from job worker?

Only one e-way bill needs to be generated. If the job worker is registered he may prepare the e-way bill and in case he is not so registered you may generate the e-way bill.

We directly supply the goods from the premises of job worker without bringing back us. In this case, Whether e-way bill is required between us & job worker. We will issue e- way from our registered premises to our customer. Job worker will send tax invoice for job work. That is ok?

E way bill is not required between you and job worker as there is no movement of goods and as you directly sold the goods and moved the goods from the premises of the job worker but yes Tax invoice is required to be sent by job worker to you.
