01 February 2018 Dear Sir,

We are raised our Service Invoice bill to our customer in M.P. but we have provide service them in UP. in the month of Oct 2017, but raising the bill now. Invoice value Rs.2500000/-

Our query , Whether we need to require generate e way bill for service or not.

Kindly reply on the same on urgent basis

01 February 2018 Eway bill is not applicable for services other than job work (while sending and receiving materials).

02 February 2018 Yes... I agreed to Mr Udaya Chandran. E-Way Bill not required for services other than Job Work. Also the job work based material send and receive then E-Way bill required... In case the job worker will be come and work the principal place then no need E-Way Bill...
