How to E verify the Defective Return if E verify tab doesn't show any returns to be E-verified in www.incometax.gov.in ??

Defective return can't be E verified. File a valid return and E verify it.

Yes we filed a valid return for which defective return notice has been sent but everify option is not shown

In such a case file ITR afresh and E verify.
