Can a Return be e-verified through Mobile No. & E-mail OTP if my income is more than Rs. 5 lakhs or if there is any refund.

Yes after submission of return, it can be verified by generating EVC which will send to registered mobile & email iD.

No. Please see clause (3) of CBDT Notification 41/2015 dated April 15,2015.
