E-tds return unprocessed in traces

SIR,
WE HAVE FILLED FORM 26Q1 & 27EQ1 ON 13/07/2013, THE RETURN WAS ACCEPTED IN NSDL BUT TRACES, STATEMENT STATUS SHOWS- "No data available for the specified search criteria"
HELP US TO PLEASE SLOVE THIS PROBLEM AND TO GENERATE FORM 16A.

there is no specific time limit when the data is updated on TRACES site. Sometime it takes long to get updated on TRACES. So wait for some time, if status is not updated, then contact customer care.

Thanks for your advice, we already mailed on 01/08/2013 to TRACES but probelms is still pending.
