A new company formed Jan.08,No TDS deduted 24Q & 26Q,is there any complsion for filling return Q4 AY 2008-2009?

Yes if TDS is deducted for Salary and non salary then 24Q and 26Q is mandatory to file for Q-4 for A.Yr. 2008-09

NO,my dear if there is no TDS deducted,No TDS return is required.
