wheather issue of e-sugam from in karnataka

Yes, it is mandatory.Under the provisions of KVAT law the commissioner has issued a circular on this matter and it is legal and correct.It is also good for the dealers to carry their goods without any problems.

There are certain exempted goods for which e-sugam is not required to prepare. please check up my profile I have uploaded.
