16 July 2010 I have uploaded Form No.1, and e-payment of duty is made, now how can I will be able to view e-stamping done on documents?

16 July 2010 If the Stamp duty for form 1, MOA, AOA is paid electronically, the embossed Stamp duty acknowledgement of MOA & AOA will be displayed as the first page of the scanned and attached MOA & AOA.
To view this, as per my understanding, it is a paid service through the option"view public document".

and Sir within how many days will I get Certificate of Incorporation? Will it be available online or will be sent to registered address of the Company?

17 July 2010 Unsigned copy of certificate of incorporation and embossed e-stamp receipt will be send to the e-mail Id immediately on approval of the incorporation forms. Original certificate of incorporation will be send to the registered office by registered post only. In my state I used to get it by post with in four working days from the date of approval.
