E stamping is mandatory from 1st april 2010. i.e. today.
While filing form no 1, MOA and AOA needs to be attached. Should the MOA and AOA attached be signed and stamped?
If yes then how stamp duty on MOA and AOA shall be paid online?

Along with form no.1 the MOA , AOA , subscibers page be attached. While filling form 1 item no. 9a , click pre-fill , item no.9b click yes then it shown the amount of stamp duty. While uploading of E-form1 mca generates two challans one is filing fee of form1 and the 2nd is challan of stamp duty .

Does that mean the whole MOA and AOA with subscriber's page should be attached or only subscriber's page should be attached?

The whole MOA , AOA be attached alogwith subscriber page to form 1. U can also refer Mca guidline for form 1.
