e payment of Stamp duty

12 January 2010 If we pay the stamp duty through online for MOA, AOA and Form-1A regarding registration of a company

Then physical submission of the above said documents to ROC is to be done or not.

12 January 2010 Running & Maintenance will include the following:
1) Expenditure on repair of motor car
2) Expenditure on running of motor i.e. fuel
3) Maintenance expenditure of motor car
Will it also include the following (in case of car owned by employee?
a) Depreciation of motor car
b) Lease rent of motor car
c) Interest on loan for purchase of car
d) Insurance

12 January 2010 Answer to Balu's doubt.

The company shall not make physical submission of documents on which stamp duty is paid electronically through MCA Portal.
Pl refer clause 2(8)(c)of MCA notification dated 07/09/2009.

13 January 2010 For R&M of Motor-Car:
a) Depreciation of motor car
b) Lease rent of motor car
c) Interest on loan for purchase of car
d) Insurance

above items should not be claim for R&M purpose, because at the prima facie these are not related to R&M.

Above items cannot be claim as R&M of motor car, because these are not related to any Maintenance or Repair of MOTOR-CAR.
