pl. help me . How to e-filling of income tax through online . please explain in details

Excel format of return forms available at www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in download the form which you want i.e which you have to submit and follow the instructions available at help option to enable the macro(enable of macro is most important to work such excel form).
1) After that fill all the details in the return form and follow the instructions to fill.
2) After completion of filling of all required details and date click the generate button available at first page of that return form if will suggest you if any requirements in the form if then fulfill such requirements and again generate it automatically creates XML file at the excel file saved place. Now open www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in login into this with the pan no(register if already not registered) and then select option submit return and follow the same as required at their and at the place of asking of upload return form their upload XML format of your return form and submit it submits the return form and gives acknowledgment download link download this and open acknowledgment with using the panno(small letter only) along with DOB of assessee in ddmmyyy format only and take it print out and sign by the assessee and send to CPC-Banaglore address provided on such acknowledgment.
If assessee has digital signature then select the check box digitally signed at the uploading window and digitally sign at the option requested while in uploading and then download the acknowledgment and take it print out and keep in file for future reference. No need to send to CPC-Bangalore.
