I WANT TO KNOW THAT IF I DON'T HAVE ANY SOFTWARE THEN HOW CAN I DO THE E-FILLING OF INCOME TAX RETURNS.

Agree with Navinji.
ITRs are excell based. Fill the form properly and click the VALIDATE button.
atlast click the GENERATE XML button to generate xml file and upload the xmle file.
